It's tremendously hard in this time to have a good job. Almost all the disciplines are regulated by a kinky perception of market and there is no place for intellectual, emotional or human relations development. We are all like pieces of a big machinery, we have no longer control of the rhythm of our lives and we are all bored!
In this scene, I would conform with having no boss. I imagine my ideal job in a independent producer, working with well known colleagues and under a horizontal organization. I imagine that we divide our time and effort between the commercial and the artistic work and we all support each others ideas and concerns.
For this, I would need to be prepared to work in many areas and be a multifaceted audiovisualist. And it's not that hard, I think.
And, right now, with a group of friends and associates, we are working to found a producer after the end of this year. So, if you need a video for the future, you know who to call.
imagine no bosses (8) imagine no work to do (8) imagine the people...
ResponderEliminarI agree with your idea. The bosses usually restricts the creativeness and make us very unhappy. It's better think the money it's no so important, and work for the really can be happy us.
